Is it better to start with 25 Man Mode Naxxramas or 10 Man Mode?

Hello guys! I've been wondering which of these modes should be cleared first in order to progress througout this content. I've read that 10 Man Naxxramas is actually harder on this realm that 25 Man, so here comes my question. As the title says should my guild be clearing 25Man or 10Man first? We haven't decided yet. The average gs of the core team is 3,8. Thanks a lot guys, best of lucks!

Work on both at the same time for maximum output. Make 1 25 man and 2-3 10 mans, do the bosses that you can or are easiest for your raid, then work on the rest. This is what most guilds did when the server first opened, you don't have to pick one and abandon the other.

I suggest 25man. 10 man is not worth the time unless you wanna raid 6 times a week.
