Is it worth playing on Lordaeron

Hi there, my name is Slevin, was playing on sargeras cata and frostwolf pandaria. I'm thinking of quitting frostwolf, and start on Lordaeron because i noticed it has like 10k players. Is it worth the experience playing on this server? Does PVE and PVP work as retail? I am sick of bugged quests and low pop servers. Can you give me some info? Thanks in advance
