The new 3v3 que system - Completely unfair for top 3

Hello!
For anyone who doesnt know, this is how the 3v3 que system was before the change:
You would que up
If anyone within 100mmr range was already in que it would pop
If not, you would have to wait 10 minutes and after that regardless of mmr, you would get the first team that qued.

The new change:
You que up
Every 1 minute or so that you sit in que, your mmr range is increased by around 100 to a maximum of 4 times.

The change sounds AMAZING on paper, but it isnt for the top 3 and here's why.
Atm im 1930 rated in 3v3 with around 2k mmr, which means that i will NEVER que up against any team that does 10 games just for points at starter mmr or other low teams.
While this is good for low rated pvpers, its completely unfair to make that change mid season for the competitive teams since the r1 team who is at 2177 atm had ALOT of their wins from 1500-1600 mmr teams (im not saying thats wrong, thats just how it is though).
So basically the situation means that a certain team had a BETTER que system to get high rating with, and anyone else that tries to now is just unable becausr there are close to none 1600+ rated active 3v3 teams.

TL;DR
R1 in 3v3 got their rating in a legit way that is no longer available for other teams to use, which is queing against 1500 mmr teams, and are now completely unreachable.
