Cataclysm need help

so whatever im doing i cant get 30k dps or even over it.i play assasination pve.so as far as i know 17% hit 26% expertise then mastery > haste > crit.and 1,80 dagger and 1,40 dagger.so i got all that like 391 il geard and wtf is wrong that a rogue with 2x 1.40 daggers and no expertise or mastery reforge has 2k less dps then me. :DDD and i know my rotation like 100% and still he almost outdps me.do i need 2 go full crit??like assasination where pison damage is the main thing?i dont ****ing get it.how much is the max dps from an assasination rogue?help me some1,need pro advice.and answer all questions here thank you.cheers.

EDIT: the rogue that i was talking about(firelands daggers)with 25k dps had 9% hit. :DDDDDDDDDD gg wp now im totally confused what is wrong with this. o.O

Well for starters you dont need 26 expertise, its bugged on warmane so you only need 20 and even then its not that important for assassination, other than that your stat priority is ok. Assassination is mostly poison damage yes, typically instant poison will be your top damage source. Im not sure what the cause of your low dps could be, it is a fairly gear dependant spec but your ilevel should be high enough, with 406 ilevel i usually do around 48-50k sustained dps in raids but it can vary.

this game is hard enough as it is, just roll sub with double no'kaleds and do top dps.
