Soda is stacking every single XP gain boost possible .... I dont about very recent chances but does blizzard force you to stack all XP boost items now a days?

That's how its been working ever since MoP, the video was made just this week so NO.
And it wont change, they might even make it possible to stack more potions knowing Blizzard

I wouldn't doubt it. I think Blizzard's lost touch with their game and what made it great, so now all they want people to do is rush to endgame and Raid or Die.

I always think it's kind of funny when people talk about how casual WoW has become, when it has always had a huge reputation for being a casual-friendly game. The first MMO I played back in 2004, FFXI-- it took me one full year of playing pretty much every day and doing little anything else to get to level 75 (max level at the time.) I never played WoW until around 2010 because all I heard about it was how easy and casual it was.
Sadly, dumbing down is not a problem exclusive to WoW, either. It is now possible to reach max level in FFXI in a ridiculously short amount of time (less than a day.) --and because there are so few people playing it these days, you can now do pretty much anything with a small army bots the developers ACTUALLY PUT IN THE GAME for you to do everything solo with. Thank god for private legacy servers. That's all I can say.
