Donations and que times

I recently donated, spent coins on an ingame item, was told the item was sent and in my mail box in game. but cannot get because of que time. i was told the que times would be bypassed after purchasing item ingame. is there a select amount of time before donation que time bypass is active?

You should be able to resolve the issue by staying offline (no client active at all) for at least 10 minutes
