WotLK Retrieve my old account

Hey guys,
I want to play wow again after more than 2 years of not playing the game
problem is - I cant remember my account name (and I was not able to retrieve any information)
I do remember my character name
is there any way a GM could help me retrieve the account name? (or any other information)
my account was donor donated and I have all the relevant information

have you ever heard about Molt-Down? Molten database ( so Characters) went lost and everyone had to start all over again.
So you can not recover your old account or any of your old Characters, sorry
