Technical I need help just got wow and i wont work

When ever i start wow.exe it wont work and spit out this error

did you try to log-in by using your email? then your client tryed to update itself to Cataclysm, delete everything and download it again but next time remember to log-in by using your Warmane AccountName, not email address or forum nickname.
Just like you log-in on the webiste

be sure to log-in by using Warmane AccountName, not forum nickname. ( just like you log-in on website)
be also sure you are using the correct realmlist:
set realmlist logon.warmane.com

If you are already doing it correctly then it is because your password is too land and cant be entered on WoW client, use a shorter password (wow client support password of 15 digits max)

Also, remove that picture's link from your post otherwise everyone can read your AccountName.

use this guide to check if your realmlist is correct:
Wrath of the Lich King
1) Go to your World of Warcraft folder
2) Double click on your "Data" folder
3) Double click on your enUS (or whichever language pack you're using) folder
4) Right click on the file named "realmlist.wtf", open it with Notepad.
5) Replace ALL of the text in this file with the following: set realmlist logon.warmane.com

lets make a test then, go here: http://www.warmane.com/download and get "MoP minimal" it is an installer of only 16 MB, once you start wow.exe after 3-5 mins you will be able to play, I wanna know if you are able to log-in with a MoP client

what are you talking about? with your old screenshot you said the problem was " the information you entered is not valid"...
So what is your problem now? I thought you was not able to log-in at all, when did you play? -.-'

this moring i loged on afther restart i played for a bit i got disconnected and was not able to log on
