WotLK How long till I can skip the Q? Lordaeron

I have made purchases many times before but I just purchased a 6 coin item. I am still having to wait over 4 hours... Is there an amount of time that needs to pass after purchasing before I can skip the line?

This is Lordaeron and all of my purchases have been on Lordaeron.
