I have problem i got Banned but no reason ??

Click on My Account > Support > Create Ticket and make a ban appeal.

How do you know you are banned? I cant join the server and i dont know why. It says Logging in to game server and then this message disappears and thats it. Am i banned or its just a bug? Its like that from yesterday.

its not a Ban its a server issue wait 2 hours and eVERY eTHING WILL return normal , dont care frostwolf have a instability issue not only you experiencing this but all of us just wait , this is since the release of prideful gear and the update just wait!
