I can't make new charakter, trying on all realms and still same error "error creating character".

If that's a new account and you have no other characters, you can't make a death knight unless you have a lvl 55 character in the realm you are trying to create the dk.

No no, i have char lvl 64 +/-, but its nvm, same error when i try make mage, or anything else.

change the hair style, you are selecting new WoD models "looks", so randomize the look until you can succefully create the character.
That said at barber shop you will be finally able to use those hair style
