Can`t respawn.

Hello players!
I have a big problem. I was on Temple of Kotmogu, when suddenly WoW chrashed. I had to press ctrl+alt+del, then ended the prog. Now if I enter the game I`m a ghost and I can`t respawn.. I tried .unstuck and /script RepopMe(), but these methods aren`t working. Can you help me out pleas? I would be thankfull.

You need to unstuck via web page in setting panel.
