Blizzard if your fans are able to do this in their spare time YOU NEED TO GET ON THIS.

Incredible, just unreal what these look like. Not only would I gladly pay a much higher sub fee, I would fully re purchase this entire game in a heartbeat!!

I would have to buy a new pc to be able to play like that, and I'm not the only one I believe.

I think thats one of the main reasons they don't upgrade the engine ( I might be wrong ), so everyone, even people with a potato, can play WoW.

Maybe in 5-10 years they'll do it when this engine becomes common and their subs go back up and above 20 million.

Which means they won't do it.

With all the talk of legacy servers I learned that Blizzard deleted all their former data/patches that aren't relevant to today (for instance they'd have to recreate vanilla and each patch/progression from scratch) which is what keeps them from doing such.
So with an updated engine like this, recreated expansion literally from the ground up would, I truly think, breath new life in to a very old game.

Of course it's all wishful thinking though, Blizz is dead-set on pumping out failed expansion after failed expansion because, well, insert answer here:
