Been a few days does it usually take long to get it back? I do donate and my account was hacked. They also spammed advertisement and cause my account to get banned. Has anyone had this same issue and if so how long did it take you to get it back? There should be a way to do a temporary ban like 3 days and email the user a link to activate it, that way they can change password and get it back.
