Hi everyone. First of all sorry for the bad english.
Today i suggested a friend to come to the server. He created an account succesfully and downloaded the client 3.3.5.
The fact is that everytime he tries to log in in game with his account name it says password is incorrect (while it isnt).
Nevertheless when he writes his gmail acount and the password it logs in, but it says the client has to update to patch 4.0.0 (restarts and starts it)
I gave him my account to see if it happens again in his client and when he logs with my acc name he can get into Lordaeron realm and play my characters).
I cant log with his account name in my client neither. Also when i use my gmail to log in the message to actualice appears to me too.
He created a second account and the problem appears again.
Please help us with this. Ty <3

his password is too long, say him to use a shorter one, ofc he also need to log-in with Account Name, not Email address

remember to change you too your pssw, even your best friend might someday log-in on your account and delete all your Character.
