WotLK Call of Fire

Hello i got a problem. I'm playing Draenai Shaman, and I'm doing Call of Fire quest. When I kill the monsters called "Crazed Wildkin" I can't loot item called "Ritual Torch". This is really important. I don't want waste time on making new character. Thanks for help.

this is an important class quest, right? Then you can open a ticket in-game and a GM will help you out

I'm completing the same chain, except, I'm supposed to talk to Prophet Velen in Exodar, only he aint there...

Yeah I'm sitting here with the same thing for Prophet velen...no where to be seen...
