What spec should I level on?

So, I've been messing around different classes for a few months, and I feel like I want to go back to a Druid, which was the first class I liked in this game.
I realized I quite enjoy healing and ranged DPS, so I'm probably doing it to play Balance and Resto. I've literally never tanked before, mostly because it looks kind if boring, and a paladin seems like a cooler tank than a bear.
It seems leveling on cat is the way to go, but is leveling as Moonkin possible?

I am trying to decide between a Druid and a Paladin, both seem like really cool classes imho. I'm a bit reluctant to pick Pally, because so many people are playing it. Tho, the idea of a holy healer/tank appeals to me.

I prefer feral for leveling (bear for elites and aoe, and cat for single target).

Moonkin is also good (I would wait for lvl 40, before switching to it though, since you can moonkin form finally).

As for pally vs druid.. Druid tank uses lowest amount of abilities of all tanks, but it's the one that is easiest to start with - massive EHP pool makes it easy on healers and forgiving when you have slightly slower reflexes. + Druid is the most fun class to offtank with (since kitty). Paladin is slighty more complicated with more raid utility.

Resto and holy feel very different. Holy is mostly immobile and heals for insane numbers instantly. Druid can run around and still have full throughput with many small numbers.

Druid is amazing in that you can play any role (tank/meele dps/ranged dps/healer), if you ever get bored.
