2000 ms + on toc 25 man

As the title says, i got into a toc 25 man grp the other day for the first time ever, and i was getting 2000ms plus when the fight started, which wont let me do anything, and get killed by mechanincs that i cant evade, for obvious reasons, so i was wondering, am i the only one, is there a fix for this, or i just should retire from wotlk, since raiding was my objective, and as i see now, thats kinda impossible, also i live in Chile, dont know if that has something to do, but i usually have 200 ms, only on this raid i got that insane ping. Does it happen alway in that raid or just this time? Either u were targeted by ddos attack by some troll or your conectivity failed at that certain point. There should be no reason to recive more data packets from preloaded instance.
