Pandaria Can't start after download - MoP 5.4.8

Hi there,

I know there is already a thread about this (but it's closed) and the solution there didn't helped me, so...
I get the following message when i start wow.exe (just downloaded it):

Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910

Other people on this forum said that if i remove read-only i would be able to start it, i did that and nothing changed, i also start is as administrator.
So does anyone has a different solution to this problem?

1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

Nope, nothing changed... The same thing pops up. Thank you for trying to help me anyway.

then you are doing something wrong, that is how to fix the problem, works always. Try this:

1) Delete your MoP folder
2) Restart your PC
3) go here: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=262395 > click on "downalod 5.4.8" > once on Mega download via browser
4) extract the MoP folder on your Desktop
5) right click on this "MoP minimal" fodler > Properties > remove "read-only"
6) Start wow.exe ( it will need around 5 mins to let it start the game)
