Technical Deleted Character

Well i have a problem, i deleted a wrong character and i want to know if there is any chance to recover it.
I dont know where exactly post this issue.
I already put a ticket in-game but no one is answering, so if anyone know what can i do in that case y appreciate all the help

Hi,
there is "character restoration" option when you log to your account on web.

It is under "Services" tab - in last drop-down menu.

Thanks for help, but the name of the deleted character dont appear, and if i select other character it says "You do not have any characters that require restoration on Icecrown"

Then either it's been over 30 days since you deleted or the character doesn't meet the minimum required level (at least level 75 on Wrath of the Lich King servers).
