i got a premium account. can i buy in game gold with coins ?

Sure you can,
Go to your account page, select TRADE, select your server, your character and select ITEM TRADE, select BUY.
To your left you can select now GOLD. select now what amount you want to buy and to your right there is a litlle shopping cart icon.
