Is it normal that Maexxna in25 hits for 40k on a Full Prot Pala Naxx25/Ulduar gear?

Do you have a recount death log? It shouldn't it that much, although it is possible for her to do that much damage in a short period of time. I'm guessing she was enraged as well? Well at least Paladins have Argent Defender, unless he had it proc earlier in the fight.

I wasnt in the Raid today , so im just curious. Yes she was enraged (30%).

Yup, you die if you have no cooldowns on when the boss goes to soft enrage at 30%.
