From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

if this does nto solve your problem then open a ticket in-game, a gm will help you

And I have a problem like this, but, I has in Northrend Borean Tundra zeppelin to go in Ogrimmar, I has with mage, used blink when has on zeppelin and has in nothing and died, I has under Borean Tundra I think, I has do unstuck and has do me to undead start zone ( here has my heartstone ) im under zone, can't use any portal because ,,im moving``, and has try 2 times unstuck. :/
