Pandaria setting not saved

hello guys , when i change from Direct X 11 to 9 , and when i change paritcle deensity from low to ultra , it said it requires client restart , i restart it , but when i log again , setting not save , they still low and direct 11 , and even macros disappear in game whn logout , plz help me!! is this due to permission problems? i run wow as adminstator!! and which user should i give him full permission? i have (leb-pc) my computer name and authenticated users and system , which one give him full control to save settingS? also another question , which is better Direct X 9 or 11? some people say Direct x 11 causes lag and iam using it and cant change it due to this issue plz help1!

1) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

i try to make this , but when i remove read only , and press apply then ok , i open file properties and i see it automatically read only is checked , i think its permission problem , you can help me in this question also , which better direct X 9 or 11 ? and thanks for reply

it means you are not doing corrctly, do this now:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder on your Desktop
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
