How to Netherwing drake?

Hello guys, anyone can help me to get the Netherwing drake mount? Many quests are bugged and various NPCs as Mordenai doesn't spawn, so I can't get reps with Netherwing and cannot buy drakes. Can anyone help me?

If Netherwing dragon is not acquirable what dragon mounts can I take?

Idk about netherwing drakes or what server this is (I'm guessing Lordaeron?), so not sure if you could donate for mounts, or try the wyrmest accord dragon but not many people like that one I guess.
