Does this expansion include the Panda class?

When I go to the download page it says it "Includes new character models from Warlords of Draenor." So I'm guessing it also includes characters from Mists of Pandaria as well? So I'm guessing the Pandaria map is also available with quests working?

No. Model graphic != world and class content.

No it doesn't include monk class just the WoD graphics which don't work 100% well.
