Cannot play on Mist of Pandaria

I downloaded the game but as soon as I click on the WoW launcher nothing happens. Ive tried this multiple times. The annoying part is that I see this in my Task bar but the game itself doensn't launch.

I am not the only one as my brother also has this issue. I however get a wierd error message after a while. This is what it reads.

"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

Please help as I have no idea what to do.

Right click on your WoW folder go to properties and remove read-only checkmark. Then launch wow.exe as an administrator.

you shouldn't click on wow launcher but u should Open wow.exe instead.
