It says that my account is suspended for 4 weeks due to advertising,but I never advertised anything.I tried submitting a ticket but I didn't get a response.

Unfortunately I did not get such an email.One day I was able to play and the next when I came home and tried logging in it said that my account is banned,this is not cool Warmane,not cool at all.I never advertised .

I just recieved the same email and had to reset my password. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that this has happened to me.check your email, I havent played in days but I got this

Maybe one out of every thousand who gets banned comes forth admitting they did break rules and say they are sorry, so excuse people if they are skeptical about claims like yours. Also, we ban accounts, not players. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, so if someone else gets access because you were lax with account security and they advertise, the account gets banned just the same.
Lastly, complaining about bans in the Forums is actually against our rules. If you want to appeal a ban, use a Support ticket on our webpage.
