    Pridefull gear with no stat ??

    Just donated, bought a [Prideful Gladiator's Longbow] and it has no stat on it..no Agility, no Crit..nothing.

    Elite items are cosmetic only(have no stats).

    Why are they the same price and in the same bag as the normal gear?? So I spent my hard earned money on a thing that doesnt even work??

    It works the way its supposed to.
    You just didn't pay enough attention.
    When you mouseover the item it shows you all information.

    You're going to be spending a lot of time on GMs refunding gear. Most people don't want to pay 26 coins for gear that has less stats than level 12 greens.

    Also, why is it item level 550 if it has no stats? This wasn't how elite gear worked in the past on Warmane.

    It is how they are supposed to work, it's not about warmane only. He can simply ask for refund and he must pay more attention to what item he buys next time.

    I have no missbuy ticket in my drop down list under support.
    Im panicking because they answered me the same thing ingame after 20 hours, and on the warmane email no one is responding.

    do not worry, if for some reason you do not have the "premium ticket support" available then sending an email to info@warmane.com is the correct way.
    Be patient, it is normal if it takes more than 24h for an answer
