Missbuy - need refund/other item

By mistake I bought for 26 coins [Prideful Gladiator's Longbow] Season 15 Elite, but I wanted the normal Season 15 weapon.
The GM told me to open a Missbuy ticket so I can get refunded, or get the proper item.
I dont know where to open it, so Im posting it here, so If anyone can help, It would be appreciated.

You have 24 hours after a mis-buy to open a ticket, so I'm assuming it's been longer than that?
You can try sending an email to [email protected] to see if an exception might be considered, assuming it hasn't been too long past the limit and that you didn't use the item in transmogrification, of course.

That's odd, especially when put together with something you said in your other thread: that you spent your hard-earned money.
That would imply you made a donation, which also would give you access to other types of ticket, which you don't have, but you would have that along with coins you earned from a donation. How exactly did you get those coins?

I was a donor on this account, but I "lost" the donor status by some mistake..dunno how.

And than I got the donor status on my other account for free, because they couldnt upgrade this one back to donor.

No, there's no need for that (there's nothing at all I can do one way or another being a Forum Moderator).
My suggestion is still sending the contact by email, with the difference that you shouldn't have to worry about the 24 hours limit being over.

I got a answer ingame that I open a ticket that I cant open.
