Technical 2 Step Authentication

I have 4 accounts and 2 of them are locked with 2 Step Authentication
Problem is when I log in acc on website i don't get mail with code
Can any GM or anyone help me with this problem please?

Im trying for 2 days and mail isnt comming
I already tried to disable 2 step but again mail isnt comming please can u do something about it i already asked some people and they have same problem i think its warmane problem because it worked fine before merge

I already contacted gm ingame and here why cant they do anything about this problem i dont want to lose my premium account

Reading through forums for similar problems to mine... I AM using the google authentication and it is totally hit and miss...Sometimes I can get in no problem, other times it won't let me on.
I carefully type in several times and it still says I am entering incorrectly.
please look into this!
