Characters are gone?!

Good day all,

I haven't played for a long time, but wanted to start again and downloaded everything from scratch.
Now when I log in with my account, I only can see my characters on Lordaeron (lvl 3) but not the Rogue and Paladin on Blackrock (both lvl 80)?

Can someone explain me what happened?

maybe you had them on a different account?
check on the armory if they still exist: http://armory.warmane.com/character/XXX/Blackrock (change XXX with character's name)

Anyway it would not be a big deal because 4 months ago Staff have deleted all gear and PvP achievements from all Blackrock's characters, so they would be naked; at this point starting with a new character would be the same ( you will lost only their name and mounts)
