Character problem

Hello. I have a problem. why i can't crate new character on this realm?

when i choose character write name, and click accept. write to me: Error creating character

When using the WOTLK client with WoD customizations (the standard "Wrath of the Lich King" download on the web), you get a few extra character customizations that are not compatible with WOTLK.
Change your character appearance a bit and you should be good to go.
