WotLK Character deleted

Hey everyone,

I just logged in wow, after a break week. And I just found out, all my chars has no more gear, no more bags, no objects whatever. Everything has disappeared !
I spent hour and hour to build my chars and now everything's gone. Can someone help me ?

I can still go to S8 for all chars area but its gonna take houuuuurs to get back to my normal account. Any idea?
