That lower level Bgs/Arena reap more honor/cp than 90 counterpart?

I've done some bgs in the past here before, but haven't notice til someone explained it to me.

Conquest Points and Honor is gained much faster and sometimes you get double of what is require, capping too quickly.
Before prideful came out, I was sitting at 85k conquest points as Horde, 44k CP as Alliance.

Anything below 90, you reap more, but the higher the level of the bracket, the stronger the opponents will be, excluding 10/11-14s because they don't suffer from DIMZ (Diminishing Returns) little to no effect at all.

It takes a 90 sometime to get a lot of CP or even capped (unless they have good premades and go to kotmogu a lot), while lowbies get capped within a span of hours, depending on which side you are on.
