It's been more than a month since i got unfair 90-days ban for playing 2 arena games, which you considered wintrading. I am saying unfair because that punishment is nothing in compare with hacking, botting and exploiting since you are banning people for like 1 or 2 weeks when they hack/exploit or use bot programs but im banned for 3 months only because of thouse 2 games which you considered wintrade and you banned me for 90 days because of it. But Ok it's not a problem. The reason why I made this topic is because after the servers were merged and Icecrown was created еveryone who got banned with me got unbanned after sending a ticket and only I was left banned even though we was all banned for the same thing and at the same time. I wrote the ticket for ban appeal as I have been told and as everyone else from us did but to me the GM answered me the following text: "This case has yet again been reviewed & we have again decided against lifting the ban placed on this account at this time". Why everyones bans got removed and only mine didn't?

My question is: where can I get help for my ban being removed as everyone else's, because the ban appeal is limited to 1 per 30 days and I already used mine to get the answer I've told you above.

You've banned the person for 90 days just because of 2 arenas..? I think it's a little bit too much in case you are banning bot users for only 30 days, considering that using botting programs is deserving so much more severe punishment compared to his 2 arenas of wintrade which you gave him for 90 days... I, personally think that's ridiculous. My opinion is that at least you should remove the person's ban in case you've already removed the ban of the other people, banned for the exact same reason.

They did 2 arenas in 5v5 for Last Man Standing achievement. As far as I know first it was permanent ban but it was changed to 90 days.

Yes it's true. First we got perma ban after it was changed to 90 days. But it's not a problem.
Problem is: Everyone who got banned with me got unbanned after sending a ticket and only I was left banned even though we was all banned for the same thing and at the same time
