Mists of Pandaria launcher not working

I just finished downloading WoW MoP and i went directly to the file to launch it from the WoW launcher. And when i launch it, it does not actually open. It comes to an error screen saying to check the battle.net website and it recommends 5 different routes, Run in admin (done) and all others cannot be done since theyre all battle.net required. The website also tells me to re-install it (i could attempt that but 27GB for me is quite the task >.>) The error is Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ i was thinking of deleting it but i did not want to f**k up my game

1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
