WotLK back after few months and missing 2 players

i am came back after few months of break and it seems i am missing 2 players i had a warrior called smilanski and a druid called cowdude.
i have been a great contributer (bought smourn and other great stuff) and i would like to know what happend.
ps i played on deathwing before what seems to be now some kind of a merge...

how do i do that? i can only see my priest there with no name... my warrior and druid arent there...

I had a warlock and a hunter before the merge happened.. I was gone out of town while this took place and came home to only 1 character. The character they let me keep is my hunter that not only has the name of my lock.. but i have missing items. I am missing my lvl 45+ warlock who had at least 1,000 gold on it and i can't see a way to retrieve it. This merge has me so mad..
