WotLK Problem with Terms

Hi all, i have a problem. Every time i log in , i must accept terms of use and i must change resolution. How can i resolve this? Thanks all!

I tried to run as administrator but nothing change. I tried to uncheck Read-only from WoW (Wotlk) folder but it return in Read-only every time. I don't know what to do. Some help?
