Technical Settings and Terms/License saving.

I have a small problem with MINI Client.
More precisely, when I leave the game (client), and turn on client again, I must accept all Terms etc. at start screen again, and adjust my all settings once again. It happens every time when I turn on game. Why my settings and Terms, License etc. accepting cant save? It's rly annoying to do the same thing 8574 times.

I had it checked all time.

Oh, fixed oO.
And I just noticed, that I can check "Read Only" 2 times - Once by small square and second time by.. em, I don't know how to call it. Im not english.
Anyway, when I have checked "read only" this second time i cant open client. I have checked and un-checked it few times, and now all settings can be saved. Idk what's going on.
