Technical Program for lowering ping or other ways.

Hi, I'm in Australia and i'm getting between 400-700 ping and I am on the Icecrown server. Is there anyway I can improve my ping with lowerping or battleping or something else that is free?

Use a VPN that is located in Europe.

Wont make your ping go to 30 but it should help for sure.
