Can't Speak

Hi,
I was using Carbonite Addon and after that red text was appearing "You must wait 59 Sec to speak again" , I am 100% sure that it's becasue of carbonite addon (It didn't happened before). after that I removed Carbonite addon from addOn folder but nothing changed, I mean map is default now but red text is is still appearing. (I am not spamming, I don't even speak when that comes out). Please help and sorry for bad English.

It is possible that some Carbonite addon sections such as PUNKS spams chat and certain chat channels to communicate Horde/Aliance player locations and provide targeting for them. DIsabling some of comunication makes it harder for addon to spot rivaling faction, yet some sections of it still do some sort of spamming/communication. I believe in options, you go to social section, or punks section. Do not remember correctly.

I get the same thing on my screen with Carbonite as well. It's rather annoying to say the least. But I'd hate to take the addon off since WotLK doesn't have a great default quest tracker.
