Pandaria Unstuck didn't work. Help??

Hi, well, i need help in here coz i took a wybern to ghostlands and when i got there i started swimming in mid air (lol) then i fell and died. couldnt unstuck from game and then i came here to unstuck from website, teleported me to my home inn but i couldnt see my char or the map, just the actionbars. I need help, what should i do?
