Hello, I am a veteran player who played on Molten-WoW & Warmane since 2011.
I really hoped the server and the scripts will get better, but I see no changes lately. The GMs refuse to help in-game, but what they say is "make a bugtracker report and wait for it to be fixed" - I don't want to make a bug report when it's not a bug. The quest reports are there over few months and still not getting fixed. The instance scripts were fine right after the implementation of the new core, but it was broken later. And the realm: Icecrown is full all day long, I am sure there are so much donations going towards the server. I know you have to pay to run the server, but I'm quite sure there is more money. So I have few questions:
1. Where is the money going?
2. When will the content work properly?
3. Why don't the GMs help the players in-game?
4. When will you start posting changelogs more frequently?

P.S: Sorry if I breached any of the forum rules, I am just really losing my will to continue playing on this server which I don't want to do.
