Charcter stuck under the world

First of all,

Im sorry to write here, but your ticket system is kinda f*cked up.

Now to the main topic:

I wanted to do a dungeon.
I queued up and it put me in a raid group
When we teleported to the dungeon there was no such dungeon and we fell throu the world
I tried to use heartstone or the ingame function for stuck charcter but it didnt work. It said cant do that while moving im still falling idk
Then I used the site function charcter stuck. It said that i was being teleported to my heartstone location.
I was teleported at northshire valley below the world
Please help

P.S: I cant send ticket since there is only one category: Ban Appeal and I dont have banned char.
Please help asap

you need to open a ticket in-game, a gm will kill you to fix your problem but you need to be online

The thing is I opened a ticket like 3 hours ago and no GM helped.
I have a friend who did the same and the GM appeared 9 hours after he opened the ticket.
I aint got that much time to waste. :D

Have you even tried the website character unstuck option? That **** works like a charm.

What worked for a friend of mine is, if your char is visible to other players, or is targettable even though it appears underground to you, ask a player to challenge you to pet battle mode, it will make the game put you in battle mode, and change your camera view. Forfeit the battle!

After that you should be able to move your char around but the camera view is still ****ed up, so just go to some nearby hostile npc and die, ressurecting after that should solve it.
