1. Just hit 80 with my DK, what now?

Should i go get killed in bgs or queue for random dungeons? (should i queue as tank or dps?) Im a new player so i never did any dungeons/raids, so i have no idea which dungeon to do, i had enough gold to get 2 purple one handers and a few blues from AH, but idk if they were a big upgrade or nah. idk my GS either.

I honestly have no idea where to go from here, i picked up 2 gathering professions (skinning, herbalism)

Also, is it normal that my spells are all rank 3-5? Is there no higher "ranks" for dk spells?

Sorry for the stupid questions but im confused, thanks in advance for the answers.

  2. Start off with pos/fos and gear up. Get the savage saronite set with resi in case you wanna go PvP. In case you want to go PvE keep doing pos/fos and rdf.
Getting reputation to exalted with Ebon Blade/Wyrmrest accord etc will get you some epic items until you get emblems for the t9/t10 set. Try to get quel delar, which you get by a quest chain from Battered Hilt, which drops in PoS/FoS.

Alright, can i queue to pos/fos with dungeon finder? im on icecrown.

Also, as a frost DK should i choose tank role or dps role?

  4. Yes you can. But it will be much faster if you read chat and someone is looking for dps/tank . Or the best choice is to create your own group since you are low with gs.

Tank is when you want to take damage from monsters and you have to keep making the monsters attack you.DPS is when you want to kill monsters as fast as possible with other dps's in party. Choose what you think is more fun .
