I don't know about that i am not sure becausse they are not answering and it's only [email protected] there is no gmail in there or something and i didn-t find anywhere their gmail on internet

that is the only email, there isn't any warmane gmail to contact them.
it is sunday, you need to wait. it might take even more2-3 days
