Donation issue

Hello, I donated via paymentwall with a credit card, had the transaction denied, did this again with another card, same story. I verified the payments with my bank but still nothing. I read this thread http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=334836 and wanted to contact the support team and have this resolved.
I tried to make a support ticket but the only option I get is for ban appeals. I have already sent a ticket to paymentwall, is there anyway the support team can fix this?

The thread says Paymentwall Support. It even has a link to Paymentwall Support.
The issue is on their end, hence them being the ones to be contacted.
