Would like some help....

I got the Tanking trinket with Emblems of frost but then decided to return it....

I had 28 more minutes to do so so i could get my emblems of frost back...

I did so now i dont have Trinket and i dont have EoFs???

Any suggestions?

I oppened in-game ticket but no respond at all!!!
