Technical Screen flickering

Hi,
Since the beginning I have a lot of screen flickering (like closing your eyes very quickly, but the Wow-window does it for you).
Sometimes I do not have it for 1 hour, then it happens every 2 seconds for 5 minutes and this is driving me insane and doesn't look healthy looking at something like that.

I tried:
- Fullscreen, windowed, windowed no border
- Changed to all resolutions, 40Hz, 60Hz
- DirectX modes

Would this be my graphics card? I do not have it with any other game.
My specs:
Nvidia Geforce GT 740M
8GB RAM
4th generation Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ
Windows 10

I looked around but couldn't find anything on the forum.

windows 10 does this problem because drivers are not compatible with this **** window , downgrade to the windows 8.1 and gg hf
